Do you know who shares the mattress with you?

There are some dirty truths about your nighttime sanctuary!

According to a study by Kingston University, one of the most sacred places in your home—a place where you are most vulnerable—may be vulnerable to invasion by bacteria and viruses, some of which have become more aggressive over recent decades. Alarmingly, some are even resistant to antibiotics.

This means that you are rolling around in and inhaling all sorts of unpleasant particles—including allergy-inducing dust mites, fungal spores, bacteria, plasticisers, flame retardants, and human skin cells—for 8 hours a day, 365 days a year.

OUR MAIN METHOD IN BRIEF

Hot Water Extraction - Efficient mattress cleaning

Our unique mattress cleaning method allows us to remove everything that has accumulated on the surface and beneath the surface material of your mattress. Using special chemical agents, we are not only able to remove dirt but also eliminate stains and perform a complete sanitisation, which protects you for many months against dangers from a world invisible to the naked eye. Take a look at how our process looks step by step.

1.Inspection

Our friendly technician will arrive punctually, ready to assess your property’s specific risks and clearly explain the cleaning process. Before commencing work, we’ll offer advice and set clear expectations for the results. We pride ourselves on being adaptable and accommodating, so we encourage you to ask any questions you might have.

2. Vaccuming and Prespray Application

The first step in our cleaning process involves thoroughly vacuuming the entire mattress and applying a pre-spray to loosen dirt, allergens, and odours. If special treatments are required, we have over 80 different chemical solutions tailored to the specific type of soiling. Additionally, our arsenal of various techniques allows us to tackle stains that sometimes are classified as a not removable by our competitors. This ensurs the best possible results for your mattress. Drill brush or pad is used to massage solution into deeper parts of fabric.

3. Extaction of Dirt and Detergents

Hot water rinses through the mattress fabric, effectively extracting dirt and all chemical solutions, leaving your mattress as dry as possible. This process ensures the mattress is clean, sanitised and  correct pH level is maintained to prevent resoiling, making mattress safe for your family. Mattress will be dry within 3-5 hours, ready for you to enjoy. Special additives help maintain a microbiological level of cleanliness, and a fantastic fragrance restores the freshness of your bedroom.

4. Final Result

Finally, we will invite you to inspect your mattress to ensure you are completely satisfied with the final results. We can also show you the wastewater extracted from your mattress—a clear indicator of the thorough cleaning. Additionally, we’ll provide some maintenance tips to help keep your mattress clean for longer.

We have a remedy for all your mattress cleaning related problems

State-of-the-art equipment and chemical solutions in the hands of professionals

We know all your issues

During our daily work, we encounter all possible kinds of problems our clients experience. Surely, your mattress fall into one of these categories.Different levels of dirt, stains from various sources and causes, unpleasant odours, or neglect by the previous owner do not faze us. It is hard to surprise us with something new. We have the right remedy for everything.
In one word: dirty
If your mattress is just dirty because of normal every day usage, don't worry. As long as the fibres are not damaged, we can restore their beauty and freshness using our standard methods and chemical solutions—quickly, easily, and therefore more affordably.
Severe stains of various origins
This case requires more effort from us. It usually involves using chemical agents that target specific stains, such as makeup, coffee, wine, urine etc.. A standard detergent that works wonders on regular dirt won't help here. Our main advantage is the ability to use these chemical agents effectively and our knowledge of their specific properties.
Bad odours
Regular cleaning and special sanitising agents allow us to tackle the problem at the molecular level, which is even invisible to the naked eye. We eliminate the cause of the bad odour rather than just masking the effects.
Neglected maintenance
Very often, we don't have time and postpone taking care of our mattress. We also frequently inherit mattresses in poor condition from previous occupants. Our service will come to the aid of you and your mattress—we will restore their shine and freshness. We are always happy to share tips on how to keep it in good condition for the future.

Freqently Asked Questions

To make your decision easier, we have compiled answers to some of the most frequently asked questions here.
How much does it cost?
We are unable to provide a reliable estimate for the service without additional information. Our minimum charge is £50. To receive a quote, please contact us at 0113 328 0996, use the chat, or send a message using the form below. We can usually provide a quote without an initial visit to the client, which helps keep the service more affordable.
Will you remove all the stains from the mattress?
This is always our main goal, and it usually works out that way. However, sometimes stains are permanent due to damage to the fibres, often natural ones like viscose, cotton or wool. There are methods that work even on these kind of fibres, but we must remember that in some cases, the stain is irremovable. To determine this, a test must be performed. Without a test, we cannot confirm this with 100% certainty.
Will my mattress be very wet?
Our method involves cleaning with liquids. It is the most efficient upholstery cleaning method, but it does leave the mattress moist. Sometimes, when the dirt is more severe, we need to rinse fabric 2-3 times, which also extends the drying time. In summer, mattress can realistically dry in 2-3 hours. In winter, it may take 5-12 hours. In our opinion, this is a small inconvenience considering that other methods, such as dry cleaning, are not even 20% as effective. Spreading dirt around the mattress is not cleaning. It is only done when there is no other option, and our method is simply not allowed etc.
What should I prepare before your arrival?
First and foremost, we need access to water and electricity. If there is no power or water, we will not be able to perform the service. Vacuuming is not required, as we always do this as part of our service. This allows us to conduct a proper inspection and identify areas that need special attention. We usually recommend that clients remove small items, plants, and smaller pieces of furniture if possible, to make space in the nearby surrunding. All we ask is that you remove all your linens and clear a path through your doorway.
Do you dry mattress after cleaning?
As part of our standard cleaning service, we do not dry mattresses after cleaning. This is a premium option. It takes additional time, thereby increasing the cost of the service. Almost always, mattresses are able to dry naturally without any issues. Often, cleaners claim they dry mattress but only set up fans for a few minutes, which is more of a marketing tactic than actual drying. We use equipment for water damage restoration—powerful dryers and dehumidifiers. The dryers help with air circulation, while the dehumidifiers remove excess moisture, allowing us to control the microclimate of your room and ensure the optimal conditions for the fastest mattress drying. This service is priced individually.
