Our deepest clean. Our powerful extractors with built-in water heating rinse out ground-in soil, spills and odours from heavily used carpets.
Low-moisture cleaning
Rotary encapsulation for carpet tiles and offices that need to be back in use quickly. Very little water, very short drying time.
Office chairs and upholstery
Fabric office chairs, sofas in breakout areas and reception seating cleaned on site with low-moisture upholstery tools.

Commercial carpet cleaning FAQs
Can you clean outside our opening hours?
Yes. We regularly clean early in the morning, in the evening and at weekends so your business is not disrupted.
How long will the carpets take to dry?
With low-moisture cleaning most office carpets are dry within one to two hours. After hot water extraction allow a few hours, depending on the carpet and ventilation.
Do you offer regular cleaning?
Yes. Many businesses book us once or twice a year, and busy areas such as receptions, pubs and hotel corridors more often. We will suggest a schedule that fits how your space is used.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in south Leeds and cover Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Harrogate, York and the rest of Yorkshire. For larger commercial jobs we also travel further afield.
Can you clean office chairs as well?
Yes. We clean fabric office chairs, reception seating and breakout sofas on site, usually during the same visit as the carpets.
