Deep carpet cleaning with stain removal included

That’s our standard! Our service primarily involves thorough and deep cleaning of your carpets using hot water/steam, carefully selected chemical solutions suited to the specific situation, and modern equipment that allows us not only to thoroughly remove dirt and used chemicals but also to leave your carpets as dry as possible.

Our standard carpet cleaning service is effective for all types of soiling associated with normal use of the carpet. Most stains do not require additional procedures and are removed immediately and permanently.

Advanced stain removal: a solution for more challenging issues.

If your carpet requires more attention due to the presence of stains that go beyond the scope of standard cleaning – don’t worry, we have a solution for that too! Each of our technicians is equipped with a complete set of solutions to help with stains from paint, makeup, ink, oils, or the most commonly encountered: urine stains. We specialise in removing tough stains that you can’t handle with home methods. Our set of chemical solutions and advanced techniques have been developed based on hundreds of hours of training and decades of experience passed down through three generations of cleaners in our family. This unique and secret knowledge has ensured our company’s success for many years.

OUR service IN BRIEF

How We Clean Carpets at your Home

Contact us either by calling us or chatting using the chat on this website – you will get a quote and you can book appointment

Tom – one of our main technicians is responsible for initial contact with clients and manages our schedule. To provide a quote for your job, we need a few pieces of information: your postcode, scope of the job – how many rooms, any stairs, is any room larger than 20 square metres, what is the actual state of the carpet – just standard dirt accumulated over time or some specific problems like tougher stains, bad odours, dampness, or presence of urine or blood. If you provide us with this information, we can quote your job immediately and schedule the completion date at a time that suits you best.

What do you need to do before our arrival

If the house is empty – without furniture – the only thing you need to do is make sure that we will have access to electricity and water. That’s it. If you already live in this house, try to clear all items from the floors and furniture that you want us to move. You can take smaller items out of the rooms to areas where we won’t be cleaning so they won’t be in our way. Do not move sofas, tables, and anything that is very heavy or might be damaged. Do not vacuum. We will do that for you.

Completion of the order

Our friendly carpet cleaning team will arrive punctually, ready to assess your property’s specific risks and clearly explain the carpet cleaning process if you ask them for details.

We will vacuum all surfaces to be cleaned, then apply a cleaning agent and use a rotary machine to work it into the deeper parts of the carpet. The next step will be hot water/steam extraction – rinsing the cleaned carpets to remove the softened dirt and used detergent. During extraction, we remove 97% of the moisture, thus reducing the drying time to a few hours. The entire process, depending on the scope of the job, lasts from 40 minutes to 2.5 hours for larger homes. We usually operate in two-person teams, and our efficiency and productivity often surprise our clients. You can see reflections of this in the Google reviews left by our customers.

Drying carpets – additional service

Our process and extractor allow us to reduce the natural drying time of carpets to just a few hours. However, if you would like to take advantage of our additional carpet drying service, please mention this when booking your appointment. Besides carpet cleaning, we offer a flood restoration service, so we have equipment that can dry your carpets in a very short time. Assisted drying is an additional service, not included in the standard cleaning.

We have a remedy for all problems

Solutions for every carpet related problem

We know all your issues

During our daily work, we encounter all possible kinds of problems our clients experience. Surely, your carpets fall into one of these categories.Different levels of dirt, stains from various sources and causes, unpleasant odours, or neglect by the previous owner do not faze us. It is hard to surprise us with something new. We have the right remedy for everything.
In one word: dirty
If your carpets are just dirty because of normal every day usage, don't worry. As long as the fibres are not damaged, we can restore their beauty and freshness using our standard methods and chemical solutions—quickly, easily, and therefore more affordably.
Severe stains of various origins
This case requires more effort from us. It usually involves using chemical agents that target specific stains, such as makeup, coffee, wine, urine etc.. A standard detergent that works wonders on regular dirt won't help here. Our main advantage is the ability to use these chemical agents effectively and our knowledge of their specific properties.
Bad odours
Regular cleaning and special sanitising agents allow us to tackle the problem at the molecular level, which is even invisible to the naked eye. We eliminate the cause of the bad odour rather than just masking the effects.
Neglected maintenance
Very often, we don't have time and postpone taking care of our carpets. We also frequently inherit carpets in poor condition from previous occupants. Our service will come to the aid of you and your carpets—we will restore their shine and freshness. We are always happy to share tips on how to keep them in good condition for the future.
Water damage
In the case of leak, we can help you dry your carpets, underlay, and sub-flooring to minimise the risk of damage. We will provide you with a report for your insurer, enabling you to recover the money spent on our service.

Freqently Asked Questions

To make your decision easier, we have compiled answers to some of the most frequently asked questions here.
How much does it cost?
We are unable to provide a reliable estimate for the service without additional information. Our minimum charge is £50. To receive a quote, please contact us at 0113 328 0996, use the chat, or send a message using the form below. We can usually provide a quote without an initial visit to the client, which helps keep the service more affordable.
Will you remove all the stains from the carpet?
This is always our main goal, and it usually works out that way. However, sometimes stains are permanent due to damage to the fibres, often natural ones like wool. There are methods that work even on wool carpets, but we must remember that in some cases, the stain is irremovable. To determine this, a test must be performed. Without a test, we cannot confirm this with 100% certainty.
Will my carpets be very wet?
Our method involves cleaning with liquids. It is the most efficient carpet cleaning method, but it does leave the carpets damp. Sometimes, when the dirt is more severe, we need to rinse the carpets 2-3 times, which also extends the drying time. In summer, they can realistically dry in 2-3 hours. In winter, it may take 5-12 hours. In our opinion, this is a small inconvenience considering that other methods, such as dry cleaning, are not even 20% as effective. Spreading dirt around the carpet is not cleaning. It is only done when there is no other option, and our method is simply not allowed, such as with jute, sisal, etc.
What should I prepare before your arrival?
First and foremost, we need access to water and electricity. If there is no power or water, we will not be able to perform the service. Vacuuming is not required, as we always do this as part of our service. This allows us to conduct a proper inspection and identify areas that need special attention. We usually recommend that clients remove small items, plants, and smaller pieces of furniture if possible, to make as much space available as possible.
Do you move furniture?
We always try to move furniture if possible. Sofas, tables, chairs, and smaller pieces of furniture are definitely within our capabilities. If something is too heavy or beyond our abilities, we work around it, cleaning the carpet where possible. It’s a good idea to remove the contents of cabinets under which we need to clean the carpet, so they are lighter and their contents are safe. These tasks should be done before our arrival. Sometimes it's not worth moving furniture, because if they stay in one place, the carpet underneath is usually in good condition. Additionally, when the furniture is put back in its place, it can block the flow of fresh air, making it difficult for the carpet to dry properly in that spot.
Do you dry the carpets after cleaning?
As part of our standard cleaning service, we do not dry carpets after cleaning. This is a premium option. It takes additional time, thereby increasing the cost of the service. Almost always, carpets are able to dry naturally without any issues. Often, cleaners claim they dry the carpet but only set up fans for a few minutes, which is more of a marketing tactic than actual drying. We use equipment for water damage restoration—powerful dryers and dehumidifiers. The dryers help with air circulation, while the dehumidifiers remove excess moisture, allowing us to control the microclimate of your room and ensure the optimal conditions for the fastest carpet drying. This service is priced individually.
