Our team is dedicated to delivering top-quality results wherever you are in the region.

Below are some of the key elements that make up our upholstery cleaning service. Take a look at our offering and get in touch today — we’re sure you won’t be disappointed.

Deep Cleaning Process safe to your Sofa

Using high-quality equipment and professional-grade cleaning solutions from top British suppliers, we’re able to deep clean even the most heavily soiled upholstery. Our process combines steam, carefully selected detergents, manual agitation, and powerful rinsing to ensure dirt is thoroughly removed from your sofa – not just spread around. Our cleaning method can be adjusted based on the type of fabric and the level of soiling, delivering safe and effective results every time..

The entire sofa-cleaning process comes down to loosening the embedded dirt and extracting it from the fabric, along with all the cleaning agents and any excess rinse water. When carried out correctly, the process should leave your upholstery only slightly moist, allowing it to dry within as little as 2 hours..

Every year, each of our technicians completes several courses in advanced stain removal and fine fabric cleaning, continually developing their skills as part of our CPD programme. This ensures our knowledge of the latest stain-removal techniques is always fully up to date. The industry evolves quickly — what seemed impossible last year is becoming standard practice today. With us, you can be confident that you’re receiving the highest level of professional sofa cleaning service available near you.

Accidents happen. We regularly help pet owners who need their favourite armchair, couch or corner sofa professionally cleaned due to an unpleasant odour or an unsightly stain. Many of our clients also purchase second-hand sofas previously used by pet lovers, and the lingering smell throughout the home is often the reason they reach out to us for our specialist urine and odour-neutralising service.

This treatment involves modifying the standard cleaning process and adding extra steps that target the source of the problem rather than simply masking it. We are able to remove urine not only from the surface fabric but also from the cushion inserts themselves, restoring your comfort and bringing the sofa back to its full usable condition.

At the end of every upholstery cleaning, we ensure that all the fibres of the sofa are aligned in the correct direction to eliminate any signs of cleaning. This is especially important for velvet sofas, where cleaning marks can be permanent and cannot be removed except by re-wetting the sofa.

The final step is always deodorisation, using one of the many fragrances available through our upholstery cleaners. The scent will stay for a long time  and with such a wide range of options, everyone is sure to find something they love.

Speed-Drying

After our upholstery cleaning service, your sofa will be dry within 2 hours without the need for any additional equipment. However, in cases where extra steps are required, and there is more moisture in the fabric than can be removed through the standard process or if there are ventilation issues in the room, we offer a speed-drying service. We are equipped with powerful dehumidifiers and fans to ensure your sofa dries quickly, even in the most challenging conditions.

Scotchgarding

If you’re spending money to have your sofa cleaned, it’s worth considering protecting it from dirt, stains, and damage caused by sunlight. This is where fabric protector comes in. It creates an invisible protective layer that helps prevent dirt and spillages from penetrating the deeper layers of the fabric, while also safeguarding the colour of the fibres from the harmful effects of UV rays.

We are affordable! You can get all of this at a reasonable price, and believe me, sometimes it’s not worth searching for the cheapest upholstery cleaner. Especially if you’re unsure of what to expect from a cleaning service — choose us. We’ll raise the bar so high, explain our process in detail, and provide you with such knowledge that no upholstery cleaner will ever deceive you again. Each of us differs in experience, equipment, and work ethic. We guarantee your satisfaction. Your sofa will be stunning. We usually price sofas per seat, so if you’re interested, send us a photo, and everything will be clear — you’ll receive your quote within minutes.

Upholstery Cleaning Service: The 3 Main Types of Furniture We Clean

In our daily practice, we clean approximately 200 different sofa models from brands such as DFS, Sofology, Sofa.com, ScS, Loaf, Barker & Stonehouse, Oak Furnitureland, Darlings of Chelsea, Tetrad, Castlery, Dimehouse, EZ Living Furniture, G Plan, Parker Knoll, Duresta, The Lounge Co., La Redoute, Laura Ashley, Aspire Furniture, HSL, Vale Bridgecraft, Archer’s Sofas, Sofas & Stuff, John Lewis & Partners, Habitat, Made.com, Next Home, Dunelm, The White Company, and Furniture Village. They all fall into the 3 types of upholstery cleaning services that we offer.

Expert Care for Artificial Fabrics

For artificial fibres, we use steam cleaning—professionally known as Hot Water Extraction. This is the most effective cleaning method for most modern sofas. We use carefully chosen cleaning solutions that are safe for children and pets, and they work well on even the toughest stains, including spills from drinks, food, makeup, blood, urine, and even paint. With standard fabrics, we can use nearly all our chemical solutions to easily remove 99% of stains using our deep cleaning procedure. Our cleaning is very effective in removing unpleasant odours, whether they’re caused by pets, smoke, or dampness.

Fine Fabric Sofa Cleaning – Silk, Cotton, Linen, Viscose and blends

For fine fabric sofas, we take extra care to use the most gentle yet effective cleaning methods. Our standard deep upholostery cleaning technique is modified for each specific fabric. Our specialists handle delicate sofas with expertise, ensuring they are cleaned safely and without any risk of damage. We tailor our process to each fabric type using eco-friendly, gentle solutions that maintain the fibres while removing stains and odours. Whether it’s silk, velvet, cotton, linen, Viscose or another delicate material, we work to restore its beauty without compromising its integrity. These fabrics require special care, as improper cleaning can cause permanent damage such as browning marks, water marks, colour bleeding, or fading.

Leather sofa cleaning and conditioning

Our leading leather sofa cleaning service involves a comprehensive cleaning process, followed by conditioning and the application of a protective layer. This treatment prevents the accumulation of dirt and helps stop the leather from drying out. We use top-tier chemicals to ensure that you receive the best possible result, keeping your sofa looking pristine and extending its lifespan.

Sofa Deep Cleaning with the latest technology involved

Our sofa deep cleaning service goes beyond mere surface cleaning to remove embedded dirt, stains, and odours, leaving your sofa looking and feeling as good as new.

Considering how frequently we use our furniture and its regular exposure to food and organic substances, it’s inevitable that stains, dirt, odours, and debris accumulate over time. Moreover, dust mites and microbes thrive in furniture fabrics, making it clear that investing in professional cleaning is not merely an expense—it’s a decision that significantly prolongs the life of your furniture.

When we professionally clean your upholstery, we break down and rinse away the soils that cause visible wear and eventual holes or tears, thus preserving your fabrics.

Our preferred method, hot water extraction, also known as steam cleaning, is highly effective at deep cleaning your favourite furniture, ensuring it remains fresh and continues to look its best for longer

Freqently Asked Questions

To make your decision easier, we have compiled answers to some of the most frequently asked questions here.
How much does it cost?
We are unable to provide a reliable estimate for the service without additional information. Our minimum charge is £80. To receive a quote, please contact us at 0113 328 0996, use the chat, or send a message using the form below. We can usually provide a quote without an initial visit to the client, which helps keep the service more affordable.
Will you remove all the stains from the sofa
This is always our main goal, and it usually works out that way. However, sometimes stains are permanent due to damage to the fibres, often natural ones like viscose, cotton or linen. There are methods that work even on these kind of fibres, but we must remember that in some cases, the stain is irremovable. To determine this, a test must be performed. Without a test, we cannot confirm this with 100% certainty.
Will my sofa be very wet?
Our method involves cleaning with liquids. It is the most efficient upholstery cleaning method, but it does leave the sofa moist. Sometimes, when the dirt is more severe, we need to rinse fabric 2-3 times, which also extends the drying time. In summer, sofa can realistically dry less than 2 hours. In winter, it may take up to 5 hours. In our opinion, this is a small inconvenience considering that other methods, such as dry cleaning, are not even 20% as effective. Spreading dirt around the fabric sofa is not cleaning. It is only done when there is no other option, and our method is simply not allowed etc.
What should I prepare before your arrival?
First and foremost, we need access to water and electricity. If there is no power or water, we will not be able to perform the service. Vacuuming is not required, as we always do this as part of our service. This allows us to conduct a proper inspection and identify areas that need special attention. We usually recommend that clients remove small items, plants, and smaller pieces of furniture if possible, to make space in the nearby surrunding.
Do you dry sofas after cleaning?
As part of our standard cleaning service, we do not dry sofas after cleaning. This is a premium option. It takes additional time, thereby increasing the cost of the service. Almost always, sofas are able to dry naturally without any issues. Often, cleaners claim they dry sofas but only set up fans for a few minutes, which is more of a marketing tactic than actual drying. We use equipment for water damage restoration—powerful dryers and dehumidifiers. The dryers help with air circulation, while the dehumidifiers remove excess moisture, allowing us to control the microclimate of your room and ensure the optimal conditions for the fastest furniture drying. This service is priced individually.
