Advanced Stain Removal and Urine Neutralisation

At Trust Cleaner, we love a challenge when it comes to mattress cleaning. We specialise in advanced stain removal, including tough stains like blood, urine, and other difficult marks. No two mattresses are the same, and each one may require a different approach. That’s why, when providing a quote, we often ask for photos of the mattress. Some mattresses are made from materials that tend to absorb stains permanently, and we want to ensure we offer the best solution for your specific needs. Our expert team is equipped to tackle even the most stubborn stains, leaving your mattress clean, fresh, and hygienic.

Do you know who shares the mattress with you?

There are some dirty truths about your nighttime sanctuary!

According to a study by Kingston University, one of the most sacred places in your home—a place where you are most vulnerable—may be vulnerable to invasion by bacteria and viruses, some of which have become more aggressive over recent decades. Alarmingly, some are even resistant to antibiotics.

This means that you are rolling around in and inhaling all sorts of unpleasant particles—including allergy-inducing dust mites, fungal spores, bacteria, plasticisers, flame retardants, and human skin cells—for 8 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Mattress cleaning is often overlooked, but it plays a crucial role in maintaining a healthy and hygienic sleeping environment. At Trust Cleaner, we specialise in professional mattress cleaning and advanced stain removal, ensuring that your mattress is thoroughly cleaned, freshened, and free of harmful allergens. Over time, mattresses accumulate dust mites, bacteria, sweat, and stains from accidents, which can negatively impact both your health and the quality of your sleep. Regular mattress cleaning helps to remove these contaminants, ensuring a more restful, hygienic night’s sleep.

Stain removal, including tough stains like urine, blood, and food spills, is one of our core services. Our expert team uses advanced techniques to effectively clean and neutralise stains, helping to restore your mattress to its original condition. However, not all stains can be treated the same way, and some mattresses, particularly those made from certain materials, may be prone to permanent staining. That’s why we always recommend sending us photos of your mattress before we provide a quote. This allows us to determine the best cleaning method and avoid any potential issues with fabric or material damage.

Many people forget just how often mattresses should be cleaned. Ideally, your mattress should be cleaned at least once a year, but depending on its use and condition, more frequent cleaning may be necessary. Mattress cleaning removes not just visible stains but also deep-seated dirt and allergens that can affect your health, especially for those suffering from allergies or asthma. At Trust Cleaner, we are committed to providing high-quality, professional mattress cleaning services, ensuring that your mattress is free from dirt, stains, and bacteria. Don’t wait until your mattress is heavily soiled – regular cleaning will prolong its life and improve your sleep quality.

3. Extaction of Dirt and Detergents

Hot water rinses through the mattress fabric, effectively extracting dirt and all chemical solutions, leaving your mattress as dry as possible. Mattress will be dry within 3-5 hours, ready for you to enjoy. Freqently Asked Questions

To make your decision easier, we have compiled answers to some of the most frequently asked questions here.
How much does it cost?
We are unable to provide a reliable estimate for the service without additional information. Our minimum charge is £50. To receive a quote, please contact us at 0113 328 0996, use the chat, or send a message using the form below. We can usually provide a quote without an initial visit to the client, which helps keep the service more affordable.
Will you remove all the stains from the mattress?
This is always our main goal, and it usually works out that way. However, sometimes stains are permanent due to damage to the fibres, often natural ones like viscose, cotton or wool. There are methods that work even on these kind of fibres, but we must remember that in some cases, the stain is irremovable. To determine this, a test must be performed. Without a test, we cannot confirm this with 100% certainty.
Will my mattress be very wet?
Our method involves cleaning with liquids. It is the most efficient upholstery cleaning method, but it does leave the mattress moist. Sometimes, when the dirt is more severe, we need to rinse fabric 2-3 times, which also extends the drying time. In summer, mattress can realistically dry in 2-3 hours. In winter, it may take 5-12 hours. In our opinion, this is a small inconvenience considering that other methods, such as dry cleaning, are not even 20% as effective. Spreading dirt around the mattress is not cleaning. It is only done when there is no other option, and our method is simply not allowed etc.
What should I prepare before your arrival?
First and foremost, we need access to water and electricity. If there is no power or water, we will not be able to perform the service. Vacuuming is not required, as we always do this as part of our service. This allows us to conduct a proper inspection and identify areas that need special attention. We usually recommend that clients remove small items, plants, and smaller pieces of furniture if possible, to make space in the nearby surrunding. All we ask is that you remove all your linens and clear a path through your doorway.
Do you dry mattress after cleaning?
As part of our standard cleaning service, we do not dry mattresses after cleaning. This is a premium option. It takes additional time, thereby increasing the cost of the service. Almost always, mattresses are able to dry naturally without any issues. Often, cleaners claim they dry mattress but only set up fans for a few minutes, which is more of a marketing tactic than actual drying. We use equipment for water damage restoration—powerful dryers and dehumidifiers. The dryers help with air circulation, while the dehumidifiers remove excess moisture, allowing us to control the microclimate of your room and ensure the optimal conditions for the fastest mattress drying. This service is priced individually.
