Even if the client has already vacuumed their carpets, we always do it again. Everyone has different vacuuming techniques, some more thorough than others, and, of course, we all use different equipment. Our professional vacuuming ensures the best possible preparation before the deep cleaning process begins.
Moving furniture
We always try to move any furniture that can be safely relocated. This is our standard practice.
Grooming and Deodorising after cleaning procedure

We have the capability to dry carpets after cleaning; however, this step can be included in addition to our standard service. We also provide water damage restoration, including flood recovery. These services are time-consuming, require specialised equipment i.e fans and dehumidifires, and in cases of severe water damage, often involve lifting the carpet to ensure thorough drying and restoration.

How We Clean Carpets at your Home

Tom – one of our main technicians is responsible for initial contact with clients and manages our schedule. To provide a quote for your job, we need a few pieces of information: your postcode, scope of the job – how many rooms, any stairs, is any room larger than 20 square metres, what is the actual state of the carpet – just standard dirt accumulated over time or some specific problems like tougher stains, bad odours, dampness, or presence of urine or blood. If you provide us with this information, we can quote your job immediately and schedule the completion date at a time that suits you best.
What do you need to do before our arrival
If the house is empty – without furniture – the only thing you need to do is make sure that we will have access to electricity and water. That’s it. If you already live in this house, try to clear all items from the floors and furniture that you want us to move. You can take smaller items out of the rooms to areas where we won’t be cleaning so they won’t be in our way. Do not move sofas, tables, and anything that is very heavy or might be damaged. Do not vacuum. We will do that for you.
Completion of the order
Our friendly carpet cleaning team will arrive punctually, ready to assess your property’s specific risks and clearly explain the carpet cleaning process if you ask them for details.
We will vacuum all surfaces to be cleaned, then apply a cleaning agent and use a rotary machine to work it into the deeper parts of the carpet. The next step will be hot water/steam extraction – rinsing the cleaned carpets to remove the softened dirt and used detergent. During extraction, we remove 97% of the moisture, thus reducing the drying time to a few hours. The entire process, depending on the scope of the job, lasts from 40 minutes to 2.5 hours for larger homes. Drying carpets – additional service
Our process and extractor allow us to reduce the natural drying time of carpets to just a few hours. However, if you would like to take advantage of our additional carpet drying service, please mention this when booking your appointment. Besides carpet cleaning, we offer a flood restoration service, so we have equipment that can dry your carpets in a very short time. Assisted drying is an additional service, not included in the standard cleaning.
