How much do you charge per hour?
Our Moving clean service is not priced per hour. We will give you total cost of the service and try to complete it with all our worksforces available.
Does proeprty have to be empty?
Yes. Property has to be vaccant and all personal stuff should be already taken. We take full resposibilty for the property durinf cleaning. To ensure smooth work we require to book appointment when property is empty.
Do you provide invoices?
Yes we do provide an invoice after EVERY moving clean. You can pay by bank transfer after completion of service - it means same day payment.
Do you require deposit?
We place our trust in people and believe that they treat us with respect, fully understanding that leaving us with only 2 hours' notice can cause financial losses for us. Usually we require 24h notice if something change.
Is carpet cleaning included?
No, our moving cleaning service covers general cleaning tasks. If you wish to include carpet cleaning, we can arrange to do this on the same day. You will receive a separate quote for professional carpet cleaning.
Do you clean gardens and patios as well?
Moving clean quote includes all general cleaning tasks inside the property. We can ask our exterior cleaning team to clear the garden or professionally clean the patio or driveway or even entaire house outside indcluding roof, gutters, brickwork or render.
